HostIncharge dedicated servers run on company-owned Intel server platforms, include managed support and in-house DDoS filtering, and are typically provisioned within two hours after an accepted order.
Server configuration
Available processors use different Intel server series. Memory, HDD, SSD or NVMe storage, network configuration, and final pricing depend on the available hardware selected in the dashboard or confirmed by sales. No unverified processor, RAID, or port-speed claim is made on the public website.
Network allocation
A dedicated-server package includes ten IPv4 addresses. Additional address options and IPv6 availability are confirmed for the accepted configuration. DDoS protection is included through HostIncharge's in-house filtering system.
Access and operating systems
Root or administrative access is available. Linux and Windows are common choices, with additional operating-system options available according to the configuration and licence requirements.
Provisioning and support
Dedicated-server provisioning typically completes within two hours after a valid order is accepted. Managed support is available 24/7 in English and Hindi, with a typical first-response target under 15 minutes and emergency assistance by phone.
