Privacy Policy

This policy explains how HostIncharge collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you visit our website, create an account, purchase hosting, or contact support.

01

Who we are

HostIncharge is the registered name of an MSME-registered sole proprietorship registered in Haryana, India, and operating since June 2026. We operate remotely and do not currently maintain a public walk-in office. Privacy questions and grievances may be sent to support@hostincharge.com.

02

Scope

This policy applies to HostIncharge websites, account and client areas, ordering, billing communications, support interactions, and services that link to this policy. Third-party websites and services have their own policies.

03

Personal data we may collect

We collect only information reasonably required to provide, secure, support, and improve our services.

  • Identity and contact details, such as name, email address, telephone number, and organisation
  • Account information, authentication events, preferences, and service configuration
  • Order, invoice, payment-status, tax, and transaction records; payment card details are expected to be handled by payment providers rather than stored by HostIncharge
  • Support messages, abuse reports, attachments, and troubleshooting information you choose to provide
  • Technical and security data, including IP address, device or browser information, timestamps, access logs, and fraud or misuse signals
04

How we use personal data

We may use personal data to create and administer accounts, process orders and payments, provision services, provide support, communicate service or policy changes, prevent fraud and abuse, protect our network, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve reliability and usability.

06

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with infrastructure, payment, account-management, communications, security, monitoring, or professional-service providers when necessary for their contracted purpose. We may also disclose data when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect users, HostIncharge, or the public.

07

International processing

Some infrastructure or service providers may process data outside your state or country. Where applicable, we will use reasonable contractual, technical, and organisational safeguards and comply with restrictions issued under applicable Indian law.

08

Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, an active customer relationship, security and fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting or tax requirements, and other legal obligations. Data that is no longer required will be deleted, anonymised, or securely isolated, subject to backup cycles and lawful retention requirements.

09

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational controls designed to protect personal data. No internet service is completely secure, and customers must protect their credentials, use strong authentication, and promptly report suspected compromise.

10

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law and verification, you may request information about personal data processed by us, correction or completion of inaccurate data, erasure when retention is no longer required, withdrawal of consent, and grievance redressal. Send requests to support@hostincharge.com. We may retain information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

11

Children

HostIncharge services are intended for adults and business users. We do not knowingly offer accounts to persons under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

12

Cookies, local storage, and analytics

The marketing website uses local storage to remember light or dark theme preference. Essential cookies or similar technologies may be used in account and dashboard areas for authentication, security, and session continuity. When enabled, privacy-focused web analytics may process aggregate page, referrer, approximate country, device, and performance information to understand site usage without creating advertising profiles. We will update this policy and request consent where required before introducing non-essential tracking or advertising cookies.

13

Changes and contact

We may update this policy to reflect operational or legal changes. Material changes will be posted with an updated date and, where appropriate, communicated through the website or account. Contact: support@hostincharge.com.
